Chi Sao Trainer is an excellent training tool to develop the strength,stamina, and structure in your Luk Sao. Ideal when a partner is not available for training to sharpen ones skill, sensitivity and timing. The Trainer comes with a total of 3 spring arms. The two Side arms for Chi Sao training are 16" long. The long centered arm set at a 45 degree angle is 18" long. All three arms are removable and interchangeable. The trainer backboard dimensions are 32"x16"x3"and weighs approximately 25lbs.The footprint that the trainers stand is 44' front to back and 44" right to left.
