Free standing attachment

This is a stand for the famous Rice Bag Trainer. This can also be used to make out Chi sao trainer, and Chum Kui station freestanding.

Easy to assemble, this version is perfect for those in an apartment or who cant mount the normal trainer to a wall.

The stand is 67 inches high x 42 deep x 44 wide.
The height of bags are determined by how high or low you choose to mount them to the stand.
