The Rice Bag Trainer is an excellent training device which gives you a arm to make bridge contact and moves in all directions always snapping back to the centerline. The perfect solution to practice drills you would ordinarily do with a partner.
Starting from the top you have two 11 inch Rice filled canvas bags mounted at head and body level. Next you a padded spring arm designed for trapping, sticking and pulling. Last you have an 11 inch foam filled Makiwara board mounted at an angle ideal for knee striking.
